Shake all but bubbly with ice. Strain into coupe. Top with bubbly.

- ½ oz. dark rum
- ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ¼ oz. yellow chartreuse
- ¼ oz. Small Hand Foods Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitters
- 1 oz. sparkling wine, to top
