Bar Keep's Chinese Bitters were developed by Josh Loving, a bartender in Austin, Texas, using a five-spice blend of clove, fennel, cinnamon, star anise and Sichuan peppercorn. A heady interpretation of the traditional five-spice blend, these bitters add warmth and dimension to a cocktail. A favourite with brown spirits.
New Old Fashioned
¾oz orange liqueur
1 raw sugar cube
4-5 dashes Bar Keep Organic Chinese Bitters
Shake and strain into coupe.
