A few dashes of Messrs. Brassil and Tardugno's bitters, made with savoury herbs and spices, will add depth and aroma to your favourite cocktail, soda or dessert.

1.5oz white whiskey
1 key lime, quartered
1oz honey gomme syrup
4-5 dashes Bar Keep Saffron Bitters
3oz tonic water
Muddle limes in a glass, add the rest of the ingredients with ice and stir.
